Recently the NNPC injected a large sum of money into the production and distribution of crude oil in the nation. But it's effort has been twarthed by the scarcity of petrol in the nation for various reasons among which the fall in the global price of crude oil in the world market is one also the increase in the naira to dollars exchange rate.
